Mindful Media

To generate more meaningful and truthful content in media, and to maximize the educational potential of media, a core initiative of i Citizen will be to develop alternate media outlets.

Without alternate outlets, we will continue to suffer as with today’s condition—i.e. all that is currently available is toxic content designed to manipulative our moods, choices, opinions, and beliefs.

i Media will instead offer programming consistent with more wholesome, truthful, and meaningful agendas. Funded and staffed through both local and national outlets; i Media will bring themes of nature, art, human excellence (in the forms of intellect and compassion, etc.), holistic living, the wonder of being, etc. to people in beneficial and lively formats.

Here’s a potential starting point for i Media’s programming for 24 hours: 

6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: “Awaken to Nature”

– A serene start to the day featuring breathtaking footage of natural landscapes, wildlife, and ecosystems. Each segment will explore various natural phenomena, including the science behind them. Meditation tips, mindfulness practices, and eco-friendly habits will also be integrated.

– Theme: Nature, holistic living, the wonder of being.

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: “Morning Insights”

– A news program with a focus on global positive developments, scientific breakthroughs, social progress, and human triumphs. In-depth investigative reports that prioritize truth, transparency, and awareness without the sensationalism.

– Theme: Meaningful journalism, human excellence (intellect).

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: “Creative Journeys”

– A showcase of artists from around the world, exploring their creative process and how art can inspire positive change. Each episode will delve into different art forms: painting, music, sculpture, etc.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: “Living Well”

– A health and wellness show focused on holistic living. Episodes cover topics like plant-based diets, yoga, mental well-being, sustainable living, and ancient healing practices. Expert interviews provide actionable advice for improving quality of life.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: “Human Potential”

– Inspiring stories of ordinary individuals doing extraordinary things. From local community leaders to global changemakers, this show highlights human resilience, ingenuity, and compassion.
